Last night, I sat on my couch and went through every pile of stuff on my coffee table. For someone who makes jewelry, you can't imagine all the piles. I sorted beads, threw away papers, sorted more beads, made some necklaces-sort of ADD cleaning. I am surrounded by piles. In front of me, plies of beads, to the right of me, piles of papers that need to be sorted; to the left of me, I can see the rest of my apartment and the piles of magazines that need to be looked through. I get every magazine you can think of-don't judge!
The home magazines are the ones I can't seem to get rid of. They are so expensive and beautiful when they arrive, full of ideas and pictures. Twice a year I go through them and tear out the pages I want to keep and put them in an Itoya portfolio. So, you can imagine that I have quite a stack and somehow it takes a while to get them organized in their binders. This is all part of my master plan when I finally get a real house (with hopefully a real husband), I will have plenty of resources to go to-basically years of tear outs of things I like.
Here are a few pages that are in the pile:
I want to pounce on the bed with the white headboard and the pretty pillows all stacked up!
