Not All Paper Is Created Equal

Ahh..the wedding invitation. I personally think it is the most important piece of stationery you will ever purchase and probably the most expensive! While I am still a traditional girl at heart, having spent 4 years at Tiffany & Co. staring in their wedding stationery albums and could pick out my invitation in about 30 seconds..I have accepted that these days, there are many options beyond the ecru with black engraving. Martha Stewart Weddings featured some wedding invitation ideas on her website. Some are so amazing, prices completely vary and she even has options that you can do yourself with a little help from her online templates. God Bless Martha...

Now if these don't interest you, the www.crane.com website is always available and you can create a mock up of what your traditional invitation could look like, not that I have done that or anything...

These are beautiful. When I got married (almost 8 years ago OMG)-- we went super traditional with everything. I was too afraid if I didn't, I would one day look on my wedding & wonder what I was thinking...besides, I just like very traditional ;) Thanks for this fun post. I love wedding stuff!! xox MBM
