Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, I have been counting the days until today. Since my parents have moved away, I am lucky enough to have received many invitations to different friends' dinners. I will be celebrating with Meg and her family. I have watched her cooking and baking for days so it will be a truly gourmet dinner, my mouth is watering.
My life has taken some crazy turns in the last two months. Earlier this week, I had my (hopefully) last surgery and have been recuperating at home. I have used the time to get organized and clean out some piles of papers. It feels so great to throw things away-which is very difficult for me to do. Also trying to stock up on jewels since I have my next round of shows starting next week. I have had to rely on friends for errands and smoothies and am very thankful for how generous they are with their time. I feel very lucky to have such great friends.
I am hoping for a fresh start in December. I have lots of new things in the works and lots of plans to make. This blog has been neglected but that is about to change…
